Programs
Skills, support, and community.
Psychoeducational courses and supportive psychotherapy groups. OHIP-covered and insurance-reimbursable.
Beyond individual therapy, we offer a range of psychoeducational courses and supportive groups that build lasting skills and connect you with others on a similar journey. Most programs are OHIP-covered or insurance-reimbursable.
Programs are facilitated in small cohorts (6–12 participants) over 6–10 weeks, often by our certified therapists using evidence-based approaches like EFT/EFIT, DBT, and ACT.
